Helping internal Kaiser Permanente sales team members manage quotes for new multi-state and national large business sales in 1 system to improve workflow and mitigate re-entry, manual handoffs, and reviews.
Kaiser Permanente has 7 regions. Every region has a different process to transact sell and renewal processes for new large business sales. This complexity creates inefficient workflows. CPQ will allow all the regions to have 1 process under 1 system.
My role as the User Experience Designer on this project was to create low fidelity screens and high fidelity mockups for development, create a CPQ style guide that aligned with KP branding and utilized out of the box Vlocity patterns & components, map out the site map and user journey, collaborate with stakeholders and the development team in to determine the best solution for the users, and perform UAT and log bugs.back to all works
